Welcome to Blue Ball Brewing Company, located at 301 W.  Main Street in Ephrata, Pennsylvania - where good beer, good food, and good people come together.

We’re a family-run brewery built around connection. Our focus is on approachable, thoughtfully crafted beer and shareable, comfort-driven food designed for conversation, laughter, and time well spent. This is the kind of place where plates are passed, stories linger, and everyone feels at home.

The idea for Blue Ball Brewing Company grew from a simple place. Our kids attended Blue Ball Elementary, and whenever we wore those Blue Ball t-shirts while traveling outside the area, they almost always sparked a conversation. A smile. A story. A sense of familiarity with complete strangers. That feeling - of instant connection and shared experience - is at the heart of what we’re creating here.

Whether it’s a family dinner, a casual meet-up with friends, a celebration after a win (or a tough loss), or simply a night out with no occasion at all, Blue Ball Brewing Company is meant to be your go-to spot. Some of our closest friendships were formed around a table - sometimes before games, sometimes after, and often just because.

Blue Ball Brewing Company operates alongside The Guesthouse at Blue Ball Brewing, which includes a historic inn and separate cottages located on the same property. Together, they create a destination where guests can enjoy great food and drink, then settle in for a comfortable stay just steps away.

The Guesthouse offers inviting lodging for travelers, visiting family, event guests, and brewery fans alike. Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway or simply want to stay close to the people you’re spending time with, the guest house makes it easy.

Our name reflects where our story began - even as this Ephrata location brings it to life today. What matters most is what happens here: people pulling up chairs, sharing a meal, and starting conversations.
